The Cast On Strap Machine is designed to process automotive and industrial batteries. Due to the thickness of the plate groups, a production rate up to 3 batteries per minute can be achieved. The use of electromechanical rotary indexing eliminates any delay due to momentum of the turntable and enables perfect positioning.

The cast on strap machine is designed to process all types of SLI batteries. Due to the thickness of the plate groups, a production rate up to 5 batteries per minute can be achieved.
