Intercell Welding Machine
ICW A300 machine specially designed to high quality intercell welding for all types of lead acid batteries (1X6, 2X3, 3X1, NATO, TUBULAR, 8V). The machine is equipped with one operating head and a pair of jaws, which are hydraulically closed with a straight horizontal movement. The inherited microprocessor weld control system uses a special electronic system to recognize defective welding.
The machine’s compact 36kVA transformer is mounted directly on the weld head to reduce energy losses. The welding is carried out by means of a high current pulse, using pre-set welding parameters like power, squeeze time, holding time and duration of the current. Programmable controller can store 100 types of battery welding program in its memory.

HTS A300 is a fully automatic heat-sealing machine designed to seal battery container to lids. A reliable heating system and very precise box positioning, depth of melts adjustments and compression rate permit consistent and high quality seal. All the machine positional settings, temperatures and times are stored safely and can be accessed from the recipe recall functions. Heat sealing plates and lid holders are made of special aluminum alloy and are precisely machined.
Leak Testing Machine
ALT A300 Automatic Leak Testing machine is designed to test all types of automotive batteries, made of hard rubber or polypropylene, to ensure that there is no air leakage, either on the external or inter-cell walls. ALT A300 is highly sensitive during testing. It performs tests to an accuracy of 1 mBar by using pressure sensors. The machine tests first 1 – 3 – 5 cells and subsequently 2 – 4 – 6 with compressed air at 0.2 – 0.3 ATM. The machine is equipped with reject station and faulty battery collecting conveyor as standard features.
TRB A300 Terminal Burning machine is designed to bond 1X6 battery terminals pillars and lid bushes by burning under precisely controlled operating conditions. TRB A300 uses two hot metal probes to burn terminal pillars completely and inner surface of the lid buses. While not in operation, pilot flames keep the probes heated and torches are automatically triggered prior to burning. Water-cooled mold and burner heads give controlled burn depth and consistent post height. With TRB A300, bonding depth up to 8mm is possible to achieve.

The COS A500 is designed to process automotive and larger truck batteries. Depending on the thickness of the plate groups, a production rate up to 3 batteries per minute can be achieved. The use of electromechanical rotary indexing eliminates any delay due to momentum of the turntable. The machine consists of 4 workstations, where below operations are performed.
The COS I400is designed to process inverter type tubular plate batteries. Due to the thickness of the plate lug, which requires additional heating and tin (Sb) dipping a production rate up to 2 batteries per minute can be achieved.
